Building Institutional Relationships
The Frontclass Initiative operates with a singular key partner per market at any given time. Any secondary intermediary will not be directly recognised or compensated by the company — only the designated lead partner for that market is acknowledged.
This partnership must not be publicised, disclosed, or communicated to any third party outside of the signing parties. Breach of this clause will trigger immediate legal proceedings under the signed confidentiality agreement.
Conflict of Interest — Zero Tolerance
You must NOT hold employment, a board seat, a financial stake, or any formal role within the institution(s) you are introducing. Violation of this clause renders the partnership null and void, and you bear full legal consequences as outlined in the partnership agreement.
Strict Non-Disclosure
The existence, terms, and commission structure of this partnership are classified. You agree not to market, advertise, or reference this arrangement on any platform, channel, or medium.
Single Lead Partner Policy
Only the individual registered as lead partner for a market is eligible. Any parallel applications from additional intermediaries for the same market will not be considered.

Submit the Partnership Form
Complete the private partnership application form via the provided link. Include accurate details — misrepresentation at this stage is grounds for permanent disqualification.
Representative Outreach & Negotiation
A designated Frontclass representative will contact you to review terms, negotiate your commission tier, and conduct a brief due diligence screening.
Agreement Signing
Both parties execute the private partnership agreement, which includes confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and commission clauses. Legal counsel review is encouraged.
Account Setup & System Integration
Your partner profile is provisioned in our system. Payment details are recorded and linked to the institution(s) you successfully onboard, enabling automated disbursement.
Automated Payment Cycles Begin
Once an institution you pioneered activates a plan, commissions are calculated based on the plan tier and number of lessons paid. Disbursements are rolled out in USD every 4 months for the duration of the 3-year partnership.
Your commission is directly tied to impact — the more lessons the institutions you pioneer pay for, the more you earn. There is no fixed fee; this is a performance-based arrangement scaled to the plan type selected by each institution.
Payments are disbursed every 4 months in USD, automatically calculated from our billing system. The partnership term runs for 3 years from the date of agreement execution.
